Our Refund / Cancellation Policy is designed to be clear and fair. You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by emailing support with your order reference. If dispatch has already occurred, you can still return eligible items once delivered.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging, where reasonably possible. After we receive and inspect the return, we process the refund to the original payment method. Outbound delivery fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be refused or refunded in part. To begin, email support and we will provide the correct return instructions. We keep it simple: clear details, steady support, and choices that feel good over time. The goal is to help you make decisions with confidence and without rush. Cancel before dispatch

Email support@bakuline.shop with your order reference. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel and refund promptly.

Return after delivery

Start within 14 days of delivery. We’ll confirm the return address and provide simple packing guidance.
